How do I return or exchange my order?Updated 8 months ago
Our zero hassle returns and exchanges policy allows our customers to return their items up to 30 days after purchase, as long as they're in original condition using our returns portal link below:
To begin your return or exchange, please follow the below steps:
1. Open the Returns Portal & enter your Order Number and email address used to place your order.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return & select if you would like to return, exchange for a gift card or exchange for other items/sizes/colours.
3. Download the QR code for use in any Royal Mail (UK) or USPS or DHL Service Point (Rest of the World).
4. Drop it off at your nearest Drop Off Point shown in the portal.

Please note that returns outside of the UK, EU and North America will be charged a $25 (USD) admin fee
