How long does it take for a refund or exchange to process?Updated 3 months ago

Please allow 7-10 days for refunds and exchanges to be received once you have sent back the original order and received email confirmation of the refund being issued. 

Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method used to place the order. If you paid by gift card, the refund will go back onto the same gift card used and the gift card code to place a new order will be the same as before.

If you selected to receive your refund as Shop Now credit, you will receive a LØCI gift card by email which will be for 10% more than what paid.

Please make sure you use the label or QR code generated by our portal to send back any returns, otherwise refunds or exchanges will not be processed as it's automated using the label information.
