Order stuck in customsUpdated 3 months ago

Unfortunately, sometimes clearing customs can take longer than others, particularly in peak periods or during national holidays.

Please ensure you're keeping an eye on your emails and calls in case customs or the courier have tried to contact you, checking your junk/spam emails as well, as sometimes they need confirmation from the receiver to be able to clear customs.

We, unfortunately, can't do anything to speed up customs but we will happily help to investigate with the courier if there's been no update on the status of your parcel for a week and it looks like there might be an issue. If this is the case, please contact us here.
