In stock orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped with tracking information.

During peak periods, it may take slightly longer to ship our your order but we will get it out to you as soon as we possibly can.

If it's been more than 72 hours and you have not received shipping confirmation, please do not hesitate to contact us - please check any junk/spam folders first.

If you have placed an item on pre-order, this will be shipped in line with the dates confirmed when your order was placed. If there are any delays, we will contact you to let you know.
